Fettucinne Alfredo

A creamy chicken pasta dish.

Ingredients

• 1/2 onion (sliced/cubed)
• 1/2 cup corn
• 1 packet mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 cup cheese (shredded)
• 3 chicken breasts (sliced in strips)
• 750 ml fresh cream
• butter
• salt
• pepper
• origanum
• fettucinne pasta
• Parmesan

Method

1. In a large pot, boil pasta with some salt and a splash of olive oil. Once done, drain and add some more olive oil to avoid pasta from sticking together.
2. Cook chicken in large skillet, add salt/pepper and cook. Remove once done.
3. In the same skillet, add some olive oil and braise onions. Once browned, add mushrooms. When cooked add some butter and origanum to finish off.
4. In the large pot, add the chicken and mushroom mixture. Add pasta, cheese and fresh cream.
5. Grate in some Parmesan and serve hot.
